Different processes exist for the finishing of plastics:

• Bell / Gun process

First layer is applied with bell sprayer,
Second layer – named dusting - is made with spray gun.

The Accu Technology limits the waste of materials to 20cc max during one colour change.

Description of SAMES "Accu" solutions

:: Accu technology allows application of waterborne paints with the highest transfer efficiency possible : it answers to high productivity need coming from the demanding industrial manufacturers, offering the best technical solution.
:: Accu fills its canister with 500 or 800cc of paint. After the atomizer has been disconnected from the filling station, HV is applied to the paint which is then isolated. The paint is then ready to be dispensed, application is improved thanks to direct HV charge.
:: The installation is of the « clean wall » type , outside of the booth ; no tubes, no color changers inside, reducing the potential for malfunctions , and easing up maintenance accessibility
