Mach-Jet & eJet - New generation of electrostatic powder coating equipment
With its integrated DPCS exclusive system, Mach-Jet gun provides an optimum electrostatic charge to powder. Operator selects easily from the back of the gun the coating program adapted to different shapes of the parts; this allows a perfect quality of finishing and helps achieving powder savings. The e-Jet set is composed of the Mach-Jet sprayer; on the back of handle, integrated flow controls allow you to choose among 4 coating preset parameters. The trolley features a vibrating table accepting all standard powder suppliers’boxes. It is equipped with Fast Clean, an exclusive system improving the efficiency of the cleaning of powder hoses.

e-Series - Manual Electrostatic Powder Coating System - Hopper Feed or Direct Box Feed

The e-Series is a manual powder gun for use in general industrial applications. Coupled with the GCU 400 module and its exclusive «Total Energy Control» system (TEC), it guarantees a superior electrical charge in all circumstances. The TEC system automatically limits the current according to the distance to the part, thus ensuring a perfect quality finish as well as a saving in powder. Two factory-programmed pre-sets (TEC1 and TEC2) allow you to easily adjust your settings to suit your application.

Labojet
Equipment designed for conducting tests in laboratory powder or pre-series in production workshops. Compact and lightweight, this full equipment is easily transported and requires you little space. This ready-to-spray unit includes an integrated powder pump and a small 0.5 liter tank.

This manual powder booth is designed to equip manual powder installations. Ideal for use in very small spaces, ManuCompact is suitable for small and medium production series.
